Monkey Business requires a $75.00 non-refundable deposit to hold the party date or special event which is due within 5 days of booking. The balance is due on the day of the party.
Depending on the package you choose - up to 12 or up to 20. The guest of honor is free!
There is no charge for the parents or caregivers at Monkey Business.
Children must be above 34” or taller for 4 out of 5 inflatables. The velcro wall is 42".
5 to10 minutes before the party's scheduled start time is fine.
Guests who are planning to play on the equipment are required to have a parent/caregiver sign a waiver on their behalf.

Sorry! For the protection of all the guests it is prohibited. If any guest is wearing any type of medical equipment they are more than welcome to attend the event at no charge but they will not be able to participate in play on any of the equipment.
We are sorry but we are not able to extend your playtime during a scheduled party. This is the time you will go to the private party room and celebrate with the guest of honor. After the party is over you can pay $5.00, get a new wrist band and play as long as you’d like.
Of course! Monkey Business wants to make sure your event runs as smoothly and hassle-free as possible. A party host/hostess will be provided for each event.
You are welcome to do so but there is no need. Monkey Business provides a private party room with plates, napkins, cups and utensils already included in the package.
Gratuities for our staff are always welcome

You may bring your own cake, cupcakes or ice cream cups to the party. We’re sorry but no other outside food is permitted. Monkey Business has a snack area that will provide food and drinks for your party.
You are more than welcome to bring in your own goodie bags, but before you do be sure to check out the Monkey Business Gift Bags – they are awesome!! We do not allow you to bring in your own balloons but Monkey Business offers balloons for an additional charge.
The only thing you are responsible for is bringing the cake, cupcakes and/or ice cream cups to celebrate your special event. Monkey Business will handle everything else.
Monkey Business understands that things happen. We require that you contact us at least 10 days prior to your scheduled party and reschedule the party within 60 days of the original date. The $75 deposit will be applied to the rescheduled party.
