How Do I schedule a Monkey Business party?
It’s simple! All you have to do is call Monkey Business at 856-227-JUMP (5867) and we will be happy to schedule your party. You can also request a date online at www.monkeybusinessnj.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours to confirm.
Is a deposit required?
Monkey Business requires a $75.00 non-refundable deposit to hold the party date or special event which is due within 5 days of booking. The balance is due on the day of the party.
How many guests can I invite to a party?
Depending on the package you choose - up to 12 or up to 20. The guest of honor is free!
Do parents/caregivers have to pay?
There is no charge for the parents or caregivers at Monkey Business.
Is there a height requirement to play?
Children must be above 34” or taller for 4 out of 5 inflatables. The velcro wall is 42".
What time should my guest arrive for the party?
5 to10 minutes before the party's scheduled start time is fine.
Is each guest, including adults, required to have a signed waiver?
Guests who are planning to play on the equipment are required to have a parent/caregiver sign a waiver on their behalf.
Are socks required?
Yes, it is the safest way to play.
How long can my child(ren) play for the $9.50 admission price?
As long as they want within our hours of operation, and as long as the rules and regulations are being followed.
Is there supervision in the play area?
Absolutely. Monkey Business is dedicated to making this a safe and enjoyable environment for each guest.
Can a guest play with a cast/splint/brace, etc.?
Sorry! For the protection of all the guests it is prohibited. If any guest is wearing any type of medical equipment they are more than welcome to attend the event at no charge but they will not be able to participate in play on any of the equipment.
Can I spend more time in the play area than the designated time during a party?
We are sorry but we are not able to extend your playtime during a scheduled party. This is the time you will go to the private party room and celebrate with the guest of honor. After the party is over you can pay $5.00, get a new wrist band and play as long as you’d like.
Will there be a Monkey Business staff member available to assist with my party?
Of course! Monkey Business wants to make sure your event runs as smoothly and hassle-free as possible. A party host/hostess will be provided for each event.
Can I bring my own decorations or paper products in the party room?
You are welcome to do so but there is no need. Monkey Business provides a private party room with plates, napkins, cups and utensils already included in the package.
Are gratuities appropriate?
Gratuities for our staff are always welcome
What are the prices for additional pizza for adults?
Just click on the party package link on our site. This is where you will find all our party add-ons.
Can I bring my own food to my party?
You may bring your own cake, cupcakes or ice cream cups to the party. We’re sorry but no other outside food is permitted. Monkey Business has a snack area that will provide food and drinks for your party.
Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or balloons?
You are more than welcome to bring in your own goodie bags, but before you do be sure to check out the Monkey Business Gift Bags – they are awesome!! We do not allow you to bring in your own balloons but Monkey Business offers balloons for an additional charge.
Are there any additional items I need to bring to my party?
The only thing you are responsible for is bringing the cake, cupcakes and/or ice cream cups to celebrate your special event. Monkey Business will handle everything else.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
Monkey Business understands that things happen. We require that you contact us at least 10 days prior to your scheduled party and reschedule the party within 60 days of the original date. The $75 deposit will be applied to the rescheduled party.
